Milan Catering, the caterer for the first USF Benefit Dinner is a five star caterer in the Tampa Bay region.  This evening's menu is designed to take you on a culinary journey from the past to the present in food innovation, preparation and presentation.  The theme is a Taste of the Past, Flavors of Today.

Tonight's menu starts with a taste of the past.  Years ago, the main focus of a dinner courses were protein.  Meat pies, a historical stable, were encased in inedible crust to preserve the meat.  Over time, distribution methodologies improved and the outer shells became edible... and so begins your culinary journey tonight!

As the style of Edward dining evolved,  Georges Auguste Escoffier recorded and invented recipes that elevated the status of a cook to a respected profession.   The most demanding change, of course, has been “made to order” dinner requests. When you now sit down at a fine dining restaurant, you expect to have a selection of “made to order” entrees. In the spirit of this evolution, we offer you “guest choice tableside”, our off-premise catering option for "made to order".

Peppercorn crusted new york strip + port syrah demi glace, served with homestyle whipped potatoes; bourbon glazed salmon + wild rice medley, served with roasted vegetables; smokey orange glazed chicken with orange + pepper confit, served with pearl cous cous; and of course, VEGAN curry cashew sweet potatoes + cranberry, served over cauliflower rice .


Includes selection of fine wine and beer.

Dinner reservations at this benefit for $75 per person or  $500 sponsorship that include 2 tickets for the benefit.
